RETURN POLICY

RPZL gladly accepts returns of products purchased at any RPZL retail store or our online store for a full refund within 30 days of original purchase. However, there will be NO returns on hair extensions or brushes – all purchases on hair extensions are FINAL.

Please note that RPZL gift cards may not be returned and should be treated like cash. They cannot be replaced if lost or stolen, but they never expire. They cannot be redeemed for cash unless required by law.

To return your purchased item, bring your return to any RPZL store along with a receipt showing the price paid for the product. A refund will be submitted on the original method of payment within two business days by the RPZL headquarters office. Alternatively you may exchange the product for any product of the same value or request store credit in the form of a RPZL gift card.

Any returns made to a RPZL store that are either (a) not accompanied by the original order receipt or (b) made more than 30 days after the purchase date will be exchanged for store credit in the amount of the original purchase price.

Please note that credit card refunds can take up to 3-4 weeks to appear on your account. For partially consumed items, RPZL reserves the right to issue partial refunds or to refuse returns.
